Recipe for Banana and Berry Smoothie

Ingredients You Need:

  • 2 bananas, one whole and one roughly chopped and frozen
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 desert apple (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 400 grams of mixed berries e.g strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.
  • Filtered water

For Serving You Need:

  • 2 bowls
  • 2 tablespoon of mixed seeds
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut chips

Instructions

  • Take a blender and place the frozen banana, apple, coconut milk and chia seeds in that blender or any food processor.
  • Put the berries you managed to get but don’t forget to save a few for garnishing or decoration.
  • Now, blend the mixture until it gets smooth, add a little amount of filtered water if you find it thick.
  • Take two bowls and divide the smoothie between two bowls. Now, spread the remaining berries, coconut chips and the mixed seeds over your blended smoothie.
  • Before serving, decorate the smoothie by slicing the remaining banana with other toppings .
