2 cups of dry instant oats

1 cup of nut butter

1/2 honey

1/2 cup dark cocoa chocolate chips

2 scoops of protein powder

1/4 cup of chia seeds

Dash of vanilla Essence

Pinch of salt



  1. Mix all the ingredients given above together in a large bowl.
  2. Use your hands to make small balls and place them on a parchment lined sheet.
  3. Put them into the fridge for 20 minutes to few hours to set them up.
  4. Keep them reiterated and enjoy when you crave.
