Diet Recipe For Yummy Avocado Salsa On Toast

1 Ripe Avocado

1/2 Finely  Chopped Tomato

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1/2 Finely  Chopped Onion

Salt to taste

Red Pepper Flakes


1/2 Finely  Chopped Capsicum

Crushed Black Pepper

Extra-virgin Olive Oil

Slices Whole-grain Bread, toasted




  • Cut down the avocado in half and remove pit, after that in a bowl scoop the material.
  • Add onion, capsicum, lemon juice, black pepper, oregano and salt as per your taste.
  • Now mash the ingredients with a fork but keep the texture little chunky.
  • Take a toast and spread the mash, now garnish it onion, red pepperflakes, tomatoes and drizzle olive oil.
